Publisher and scope
CMDEV publishes these two online board games. This policy explains the information processed by the games, their online game service, and advertising services. You do not need to create a CMDEV account. Use a nickname rather than your real name or contact details.
Online play and computer opponents
When you join online play, the game sends your chosen nickname, a device-derived identifier, matchmaking requests, moves, and match results to the CMDEV game service. The service uses this information to match players, identify participants, run games, and provide computer opponents when another player is unavailable. Your nickname and moves are visible to your opponent. The current game protocol also shares opaque participant device identifiers with the opponent's game client.
Computer opponents adapt using gameplay information. The service stores a learning profile associated with a hash of the game's name and your device-derived identifier, together with the time of the last update. This helps the opponent adapt between sessions. These profiles are not used for advertising. Game settings such as language, music, and sound are stored on your device.
Service providers and advertising
Cloudflare hosts the online game service and processes network requests, including IP addresses and technical connection information, to deliver and protect the service. The games use Google Mobile Ads to request advertisements. Google's SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID. Google and its advertising partners use this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Online connections to the current game service use encrypted HTTPS/WebSocket transport; Google's advertising services use their own encrypted connections.
See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for information about these providers. The games do not request your contacts, camera images, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location.
Retention, choices, and deletion
Connection and match state are used while providing online play and are removed as sessions and rooms close. Persistent bot learning profiles have no automatic expiry in the current service and remain until deleted or the service is reset. Providers may retain their own technical or advertising information according to their policies.
Clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes local settings but does not remove a server learning profile. To request deletion of a CMDEV learning profile, use “Copy deletion code” in the game's main menu or options, then email the code and the game's name to minh.btc91@gmail.com. The code identifies the hashed learning profile; do not send a password or real identity document. CMDEV will use a deletion request and any reply only to handle the request. You may be asked for enough information to locate and verify the relevant profile.
You can manage or reset your Android advertising ID in device settings and use Google's ad controls. Requests about data held by Google or Cloudflare should also be directed to those providers. Avoid including personal information in your nickname.

Chơi trực tuyến và đối thủ máy
Khi chơi trực tuyến, trò chơi gửi biệt danh, mã nhận dạng được tạo từ thiết bị, yêu cầu ghép trận, nước đi và kết quả đến dịch vụ game CMDEV. Thông tin này giúp ghép người chơi, xác định người tham gia, vận hành trận đấu và cung cấp đối thủ máy khi không có người chơi khác. Đối thủ nhìn thấy biệt danh và nước đi của bạn. Giao thức hiện tại cũng gửi mã thiết bị dạng không rõ danh tính của người tham gia đến ứng dụng của đối thủ.
Đối thủ máy thích nghi dựa trên thông tin chơi game. Máy chủ lưu hồ sơ học gắn với mã băm của tên trò chơi và mã thiết bị, cùng thời điểm cập nhật cuối. Hồ sơ giúp máy thích nghi giữa các phiên chơi và không dùng để quảng cáo. Tùy chọn ngôn ngữ, nhạc và âm thanh được lưu trên thiết bị.
Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và quảng cáo
Cloudflare lưu trữ dịch vụ game trực tuyến và xử lý yêu cầu mạng, gồm địa chỉ IP và thông tin kết nối kỹ thuật, để cung cấp và bảo vệ dịch vụ. Trò chơi dùng Google Mobile Ads để tải quảng cáo. SDK của Google có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP và vị trí gần đúng, tương tác ứng dụng và quảng cáo, dữ liệu chẩn đoán và mã nhận dạng thiết bị hoặc tài khoản như mã quảng cáo Android. Google và đối tác quảng cáo dùng thông tin cho quảng cáo, phân tích và chống gian lận. Kết nối đến máy chủ game hiện tại dùng HTTPS/WebSocket được mã hóa; dịch vụ quảng cáo Google dùng kết nối được mã hóa riêng.

Lưu trữ, lựa chọn và xóa dữ liệu
Thông tin kết nối và trạng thái trận đấu được dùng để vận hành phiên chơi và được xóa khi phiên hoặc phòng đóng. Hồ sơ học của đối thủ máy hiện không có thời hạn tự động hết hạn; hồ sơ được giữ đến khi được xóa hoặc dịch vụ được đặt lại. Nhà cung cấp có thể lưu thông tin kỹ thuật hoặc quảng cáo theo chính sách riêng.
Xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt sẽ xóa tùy chọn cục bộ nhưng không xóa hồ sơ học trên máy chủ. Để yêu cầu xóa hồ sơ CMDEV, chọn “Sao chép mã xóa dữ liệu” ở menu chính hoặc phần tùy chọn, rồi gửi mã và tên trò chơi đến minh.btc91@gmail.com. Mã xác định hồ sơ học bằng mã băm; không gửi mật khẩu hoặc giấy tờ tùy thân. CMDEV chỉ dùng yêu cầu và trao đổi liên quan để xử lý việc xóa, và có thể hỏi thông tin cần thiết để xác định, kiểm tra hồ sơ liên quan.
Bạn có thể quản lý hoặc đặt lại mã quảng cáo Android trong cài đặt thiết bị và dùng công cụ quảng cáo Google. Với dữ liệu do Google hoặc Cloudflare lưu, hãy liên hệ nhà cung cấp tương ứng. Tránh đưa thông tin cá nhân vào biệt danh.
